Our offline mode is one of the most robust in the industry. Before your event, the app downloads the complete ticket database to each device, including validation rules and access permissions. During operation, the app can scan and validate tickets without any internet connection. Each device maintains its own record of scanned tickets, and when internet connectivity is restored (even briefly), the devices automatically sync with our central database and with each other to prevent duplicate entries. This system works flawlessly even at remote venues with poor connectivity, ensuring your event entry never stops because of network issues.
Our scanning system has multiple layers of fraud prevention. When a ticket is scanned, the app immediately checks its validity against our secure database. If the ticket has already been scanned, the app displays a prominent warning with details of when and where it was first used. For sophisticated counterfeits, our system verifies cryptographic signatures embedded in each ticket code. The app also shows staff the ticket holder's name and ticket type for additional verification. All potential fraud attempts are logged with timestamps and scanner ID.
